Find A Meditation Teacher
There is nothing more powerful than learning to meditate from an experienced, embodied teacher and then having the support of that teacher along your path. This is a directory of registered AIM teachers. They have all completed the 12-month, 800-hour Awareness Insight Meditation Teacher Training. They are committed, consistent practitioners with deep personal experience, and they teach from that lived understanding.
Teaching Awareness Insight Meditation is more than a technique; it’s a commitment to each student. AIM is a living, evolving practice rooted in integrity, self-inquiry, and presence. When someone becomes a registered AIM teacher, they’re representing not just a method, but a shared ethos: one of depth, clarity, compassion, and embodied awareness.
Each teacher brings thousands of hours of personal practice to their work and is certified through Meditation Alliance International, with many also registered with the Meditation Association of Australia. More than just instructors, they are mentors and guides—rooted in their own journey, and deeply equipped to support others on theirs.
